Bunny

Samantha Heather Mackey is an outsider in the incredibly prestigious master’s program in creative writing at Warren University. A scholarship student who is closer to her dark imagination than to the people around her, she can’t stand the rest of her class—a clique of snobby rich girls who call each other „Bunny“ and seem to move and exist as a single entity.

However, when Samantha receives an invitation to their mysterious Salon of Sweetness, she can’t resist and steps into their fantastical world, leaving behind her only friend, Eva. And Sam gradually sinks into the eerie yet sugar-coated reality of the Bunnies—a world of rituals, secrets, and unsettling creations, where the boundaries between imagination and reality begin to blur. With no clear indication of who will make it out alive, her friendships with Ava and the Bunnies will soon collide in a deadly way.

Written by one of the boldest contemporary chroniclers of the female experience, „Bunny“ is a hypnotic and provocative story about loneliness and belonging, friendship and obsession, and the dark and destructive power of the imagination.
