The merchant processes orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. Delivery is typically made within the standard timeframe for the selected shipping method.
Ordered items are delivered upon signature; larger shipments sent via courier service are delivered to the building's entrance.
The Consumer is required to inspect the goods upon delivery and to immediately report any discrepancies, missing items, or damage. If the Consumer fails to do so, the delivery is deemed to have been accepted without objection.
For international shipments, the rules governing the delivery and receipt of shipments established by the relevant national postal service, as well as the applicable national laws of the country where the recipient of the goods is located, apply.
All import duties incurred upon importation of the goods are the responsibility of the User. The User may not request a refund if he or she has refused to pay the import duties or to accept the shipment.
