Lambskin

In the final years of the Inquisition, Catalina, the heir to a lineage of witches, grows up in Merlo at the home of her grandmother Elvira, where people suffering from all kinds of ailments flock. The young girl follows in her ancestor’s footsteps and masters the knowledge of medicinal plants. But one event forces her to flee and brings about a radical change in her life, linked to a calling—the rescue of a child.
Lola, a 21st-century woman going through a crisis, comes into contact with phenomena she cannot understand. Her breakup with her partner, her doubts about motherhood, and the resurfacing of forgotten memories trigger a mental breakdown.

The fates of Catalina and Lola, separated by more than two centuries, are linked by a personal apocalypse. Both are driven by an urge to rebel and defy predestination through this story, which will shake the very foundations of skepticism.

„Lambskin“ It is a book that plays with readers' expectations, shakes them up, and confuses them, because they don't know what's coming on the next page.
