Health, Strength, and Life

Humanity is in a critical state. Diseases such as cancer, autoimmune diseases and allergies have become epidemics. Medicines are expensive, treatments lengthy, painful and often futile. Advances in science and technology clearly cannot solve our health problems because they are unable to answer the most important question: what defines health and where does the root of disease lie?

In the holistic approach to health, science and spirituality lend a hand and look for the causes of illness in a person's mental life and thought patterns. It is no coincidence that the great spiritual teacher Peter Dunov laid the foundations of holistic medicine in Bulgaria and gave the key concepts of man as a trinity of spirit, soul and body. In his discourses, the Master spoke of the cosmic image of man, „a child of God and Nature”, in whom all of Creation is reflected. Possessed of theological and medical training and at the same time miraculous healing abilities, the Master offers many methods and remedies which you will find in this revised and expanded edition of Health, Strength and Life. In the book you will find:

- food as a source of health and longevity;
- breathing and physical exercises;
- energy healing;
- therapy with water, colours and light;
- the healing power of music and panevrythmy;
- healing with thought, affirmation formulas and prayers, etc.
